To keep its staff employed during covid-related restrictions, Australian brand Nobody Denim has said it is repurposing its sewing facility to personal produce scrubs for frontline responders and masks for government entities.

“Like everybody else, at Nobody Denim we have decided to adjust,” the brand said on social media. “We have had to make some incredibly hard decisions to keep our company and staff healthy. Decisions we never could have foreseen.”

Repurposing their facilities allows the brand to help combat covid-19 while keeping its staff in jobs, it said. The masks and PPE are made in Melbourne by a team dedicated to maintaining safe workplace practices.
