Texworld plans to be back to normal

Next week, 750 exhibitors coming from some 20 different countries will be presenting their new collections at Texworld Evolution Paris, an event organised by Messe Frankfurt France. The international trade event takes place at the Le Bourget exhibition space, north of Paris, February 6 to 8. This edition marks the comeback of companies based in China, which number 430. Texworld built its reputation on its international scope, and has been greatly affected by the pandemic.
Fabric suppliers are featured in the trade show’s Texworld Paris section (460 exhibitors), and garment manufacturers in Apparel Sourcing Paris (270 exhibitors). Since 2017, the show also has marked out a denim-focused section. The upcoming Denim Village will feature 20 exhibitors, and its own trend forum.
A series of talks is also scheduled, on the first two days, Feb 6 and 7. In addition to trend and company presentations, highlights include a panel talk on the impact of the web3 on the textile & apparel industry and a number of talks on sustainability issues. These include: how to be sustainable without compromising profitability, how to combine innovation & sustainability and how to make circularity an industrial reality.
