Organisers of textile technology exhibition ITMA Asia + CITME have confirmed that the event will run again in 2024, with October 14-18 as the dates and Shanghai as the venue.

The Asian edition of ITMA ran in November 2023 following a postponement in 2022 caused by covid-19. It normally runs every two years, but the organisers will follow up in 2024 to put the Shanghai show in sync with the main ITMA event again.

They said the exhibition in November had attracted 1,500 exhibitors to Shanghai, bringing them into contact with 100,000 professional visitors from 105 countries and regions.
