Bluestar agrees to acquire Dickies
VF Corp. and brand management firm Bluestar Alliance have reached an agreement on the sale of workwear brand Dickies for $600 million, in a cash transaction. 

The US workwear brand will join Bluestar Alliance’s large portfolio of labels. Founded in 2006 by Joseph Gabbay and Ralph Gindi the company most recently acquired Virgil Abloh’s brand Off-White from LVMH last year, and Palm Angels. 

VF had acquired Dickies in 2017, for $820 million.
