Preface reveals more details for upcoming show
Boutique fabric trend show Preface has announced details of exhibitors and speakers for its autumn/winter 2027 edition, taking place on January 28 and 29 in Los Angeles.
The event, which will combine a textile showcase, an upcycling design competition by Re/Assembly and Here|After’s programming, is the largest edition of the show since its inception in 2018.
Exhibitors include Chaintex, Inresst, Colorsorts, 7 Leagues Fish Leather, LAB Denim and Orta.
A denim section curated by Denim Dudes, a Los Angeles-based consultancy firm platform, makes its debut with exhibitors such as ISKO, Iskur, Desert Studio and Maritas.
Amy Leverton, founder of Denim Dudes and co-founder of Here|After, said: “We’ve been encouraged by the high level of excitement we have experienced at Here|After events in LA. Ultimately, our goal is to turn the momentum of Denim Dudes’ community – built online and IRL through our work with brands, designers and the supply chain – into something even more interactive and actionable.”
Speakers include Linda Corrado from Homeboy Threads, Kathleen Talbot from Reformation and Scott Hamlin from Looptworks.
