Despite having 75 locations in Spain, Gas has opened what is its first stand-alone store in the country. The opening of the flagship store was planned for May, but was delayed until this month because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The new location is in Portal-de l’Angel, a shopping district in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. A permanent customisation shop — said to be the first to open in a Gap franchise location — will allow customers to personalise purchases with monograms, embroidery, patchwork and more.
