Denim fabric manufacturer Candiani has worked with California-based brand Boyish Jeans to bring out a new high-waisted, wide-leg style called the Mikey Jean.

It is crafted with fabric that Candiani has composed using organic cotton, Refibra recycled cellulosic fibres, and the company’s Coreva compostable stretch technology.

The fabric is dyed with Candiani’s Indigo Juice Technology and sized with Kitotex, a natural polymer that replaces conventional chemicals, eliminates micro-plastics and ensures a significant reduction in water and energy used in the production process.
