Italian denim group becomes co-owner of apparel brand

Perugia-based denim manufacturer C&S has become co-owner of specialist high-end apparel producer Siviglia. The brand’s founders, the Bianchetti family, remain as co-owners with C&S.
According to C&S, Siviglia has a deserved reputation for its high-quality, made-in-Italy coats, jeans and trousers. It said its plan was to help relaunch the Siviglia brand, domestically and internationally.
It added that the deal would give C&S access to “a wealth of tailoring and product construction skills”.
