Fashion brand Miu Miu has made denim the focus of its latest Upcycled collection.

The brand first launched Upcycled in 2020 “to uphold the precious nature of vintage clothing and encourage circular design practice”.

For 2024, it has put limited-edition denim creations at the heart of the collection. It made these products by deconstructing and refashioning ready-to-wear garments and accessories, with the objective of reusing as much fabric as possible.

This time, there are jeans, trucker jackets, shorts and a bustier top all in denim. Miu Miu said it had deliberately set out to create a vintage effect, enriching the denim “with refined patchwork and precious embroidery”.
