Denim upcycler joins Ibiza Fashion Festival
Dubai-based denim upcycler Dunesi - which turns discarded jeans and leftover fabrics into dresses, jackets and shoes - was among brands at Ibiza Fashion Festival, raising money for environmental preservation in the country.

The charity fashion event for One Pure Sea featured “sustainable and eco-friendly” beachwear, fashion, footwear, jewellery and accessories from international brands, including UK-based NAIA Beach.

Ibiza Fashion Festival organiser Karen Windle said:  “Ibiza Fashion Festival’s primary aim is to highlight Ibiza’s commitment to sustainable fashion on a global platform and to support the preservation of our beloved island. Given Ibiza’s high profile, we’re in a unique position that we can influence trends and lead by example for other destinations. Fast fashion is contributing massively to carbon emissions and ocean pollution which is why we’re dedicated to raising awareness of responsible fashion consumption.”
