The Denim City initiative, which hosts hubs for denim design, events, shops and education in Amsterdam and São Paulo, is hosting a series of trends and innovation presentations in the Brazilian city from May 21-23 under the name Launch Week.

Partner organisations presenting on the first day were denim manufacturer Vicunha (pictured), fibre developer The Lycra Corporation, national training institution Senai, jeans brand Santista and fabric manufacturer Santana Textiles.

Organisations scheduled to take part in the remaining two days of Launch Week include technology provider Epson, denim manufacturers Capricórnio, Covolan and Canatiba, and retail group Mega Polo.
