Brand ‘stronger than ever’, Levi’s CEO says

Levi Strauss & Co has reported revenues of more than $1.5 billion for the first quarter of its current financial year, the three months ending March 2, 2025.

This represents an increase of 3% compared to the figure for the first quarter last year.

“We exceeded revenue and profitability expectations in Q1,” said chief executive, Michelle Gass, “marking a strong start to the year. Our transformation strategy is working.”

She said the brand was “stronger than ever”. She acknowledged that the company is “operating in an uncertain environment”, but said its global footprint, “strong margin structure”, and agile supply chain would help Levi’s navigate the balance of the year and beyond.
