Montega and MTC tie-up will boost chemicals offering in Pakistan
Italy’s Montega Chemical Solutions has appointed Millennium Trading Corporation (MTC) as its exclusive distributor in Pakistan. The agreement was finalised between Walter Montanari, CEO of Montega, and Aamir Shamsi, CEO of MTC.
As part of this collaboration, Montega will explore the transfer of product know-how and technology to support potential local production of selected products.
The company said: “This partnership reinforces our shared commitment to bringing innovative, high-performance solutions to the Pakistani garment industry and will provide greater cost competitiveness for customers.”
Montega’s headquarters is close to Rimini on the north east coast of Italy. It produces chemicals and finishes for the textiles industry and industrial laundries.
