Denim manufacturer Vicunha will be one of the host companies for factory tours that will take place as part of Brazil’s thirty-third National Lean Manufacturing Forum at the start of September.

Delegates from all over Brazil will attend a one-day conference in Fortaleza on September 1. There will be more than 15 panel sessions in the course of the day, with experts in different aspects of lean thinking presenting ideas and case studies.

On September 2, a series of factory tours will be available to delegates, with Vicunha’s factory in Maracanaú, 20 kilometres from the city, one of the companies to open its doors.
