Raymond UCO launches anti-viral denim with HeiQ

Denim manufacturer Raymond UCO has partnered with textile technology specialists HeiQ on its latest collection, a protective denim fabric range called Shield.

Shield is a range of denim fabrics designed to fight bacteria and viruses. The fabrics have been treated with HeiQ’s Viroblock, an antiviral and antimicrobial technology said to destroy 99.99% of viruses.

The partnership is “another milestone in Raymond UCO's innovation history”, the denim manufacturer said on social media.
