E-commerce platform acquisition for Bonobo’s parent group
 
                        Saint-Malo-based fashion group Beaumanoir, the parent company of denim brand Bonobo and of other labels, has announced that it is in exclusive negotiations with retail group Monoprix to acquire its Sarenza fashion e-commerce platform.
Beaumanoir chief executive, Jérôme Drianno, said acquiring Sarenza would make an important contribution to a “digital transformation” that the group embarked on years ago.
Bonobo is a denim brand that insists it is designing “a new kind of jeans”. This includes using at least 50% “sustainable materials” in its products.
