Goldwin launches first-ever denim collection
Sportswear and casual apparel manufacturer Goldwin has launched its first denim collection, including a denim version of the brand’s popular tuck tapered stretch trousers.

Made with Cordura brand 10oz stretch denim and a pre-washed soft finish, pieces in the new collection are spinned, dyed and produced entirely in Japan. The jeans’ makeup is 81% cotton, 17% nylon and 2% polyurethane.

Kaihara Denim, the company behind Cordura, owns four self-operated manufacturing facilities in Hiroshima. The company has said it is environmentally-friendly and has built a wastewater treatment facility to treat drainage with an activated sludge system, clarifying the water to a drinkable level.
