Mame Annan-Brown named Kontoor's head of ESG
An executive vice-president in charge of global communications and public affairs for Kontoor Brands since August of 2021, Mame Annan-Brown will now also serve as head of environmental, social and governance (ESG) for the group.

In this expanded role, Ms Annan-Brown will lead Kontoor’s ESG Council, which establishes the group’s ESG framework and roadmap.

“In addition to Mame’s more than two decades of experience at global institutions at the forefront of ESG and sustainable investing, including the World Bank Group and JPMorgan Chase, she also brings a depth of experience in shaping and driving holistic business strategies,” said Scott Baxter, president, CEO and chair of the board for Kontoor Brands.
