Israel-based denim and leisurewear clothing group Delta Galil Industries has announced the acquisition of Danish clothing brand Organic Basics.

Delta Galil said Organic Basics’ commitment to sustainability and ethical production aligned with its own focus and that it saw a significant opportunity to grow the brand globally.

Organic Basics has mostly focused on underwear, activewear and baselayer garments until now, but the Israeli group has said it also sees potential to extend this.
