Denim focus for Circular Textile Days
Circular Textile Days will be holding its second edition next week. The event dedicated to innovation in circular solutions for the textile and apparel industry will be opening its doors September 13 & 14 at the Congress Centre of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, in the Netherlands.

Nicolas Prophte, of PVH Europe, will be the first to take the stage on the first day with a talk on “Why the denim industry may lead the way in terms of circularity in the global fashion industry”. The next day, Sina Steidinger, consultant for Mud Jeans, will be discussing circular design principles.

Alongside the talks, the event includes an exhibition space featuring companies active in setting up circular, regenerative or advanced sustainable solutions. Sharabati and Raddis Cotton are exhibiting, as are recyclers (Texaid, Boer) and innovation clusters, to name just a few will be present.

Pitches by some 20 circular economy textile projects will be take place during the two-day event and three workshops are also planned.
