Tommy Hilfiger India leader to chair IFF

The twenty-second edition of fashion retail intelligence event India Fashion Forum (IFF), due to take place in Bangalore from February 28 to March 1, will be chaired by Arvind Fashions chief executive and managing director, Shailesh Chaturvedi (pictured).
As part of a joint venture between Arvind and US fashion group PVH, Mr Chaturvedi leads denim and casualwear labels Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, plus former PVH brand Arrow, in India.
He described the current opportunity for scaling fashion brands in the country as "massive", adding that this year’s forum will emphasise decoding “real” growth metrics, especially in terms of profitability, talent retention and business operations.
