Lahore-based denim supplier Azgard9 has debuted a “revolutionary” new gel dye process that requires “zero” water and no temperature adjustments, according to the company.

The method, called Traverse, falls under its innovation-oriented 9.0 Green Laundry umbrella, first introduced last November.   

Earlier in September, the team expanded on its 9.0 Green Laundry concept with Fraction, which it calls an “exacting methodology” for assessing both garment care and ecological impact. Key highlights include water savings of 70%, a one-for-one liquor ratio and 30% higher efficiency, among others.
