Lee celebrates century of denim and leather in Japan
Customers of Kontoor-owned denim brand Lee in Japan now have opportunity to purchase a country-exclusive collection of leather-trimmed Lee 101J Rider jackets and 101Z jeans, produced in collaboration with outerwear specialists Schott NYC.

Schott is perhaps best known for making the ‘first’ leather motorcycle jacket, the Perfecto, in 1928. The company also counts adding zippers to jackets among its other ‘firsts’.

Lee described the heritage-inspired capsule as an “iconic” celebration of “100 years of American leatherwear, 100 years of American denim”.
