Special Jeanologia vintage denim collection to go on show at Kingpins
Textile technology developer Jeanologia will present a collection of vintage denim at Kingpins in Amsterdam (April 24-25) for which the fabric has been aged in what the company calls “a 100% sustainable way”.
It has used the atmospheric washing process, Atmos, that it launched last year to produce the collection.
Jeanologia has said Atmos, which uses air to convert oxygen into an ozone treatment, can result in natural aging and vintage stone-wash effects in denim, but without the use of water, pumice stones or chemicals.
