New chapter for Dawson Denim
UK brand Dawson Denim has announced an "evolution": rather than from its workshop on England’s south coast, its best-loved pieces will now be crafted in Japan and will be sold through a bigger network of stores.
Launching in two weeks, the collection is built around 14.25oz organic selvedge, dyed with plant-based indigo and finished with laundry and hand-fading techniques created in workshops in Kojima, to the Dawson team’s designs.
Every garment will be finished in the UK.
The Dawson store in Hove is closed but the brand will launch pop-up stores this year.
The collections will be available online, as well as at Rivet and Hide (London and Manchester), Gloverall, Goodies (Oxford), Freight HHG (Lewes) and Loftman Japan.
