Onwards and upwards as Interloop buys sock brand

Pakistan-based mill Interloop has announced that Textile Hub, an affiliate of Interloop Limited, has acquired Dutch sock brand Bonnie Doom. 

Company secretary Rana Ali Raza said: "This acquisition includes the global trademarks for the brand Bonnie Doon, along with associated inventory and e-commerce infrastructure."

A report from Interloop's corporate briefing session indicates that a denim expansion, valued at $18.8 million, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026. Additionally, a yarn dyeing expansion, estimated at $13.2 million, is projected to be commissioned in the first quarter of FY26.

With a team of over 34,000 associates across six countries, Interloop is Pakistan's largest listed textile company. The organisation has seen a compound annual growth rate of 44% since 2020.
