Authentic Brands Group, which acquired Dockers from Levi Strauss in May of last year, has announced that International Apparel Corporation (IAC) will be in charge of manufacturing and distribution for the brand in Central America, Ecuador, the Andean region and select Caribbean markets.

Founded in 2003, and based in Panama, IAC is a long-standing partner of Levi Strauss & Co in the region.

Authentic’s diversified portfolio spans some 50 brands including Reebok, Champion, Guess?, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand, Brooks Brothers, Juicy Couture, Ted Baker, Barneys New York, Quiksilver, Billabong, Volcom, RVCA, Sperry and Hunter.
