Wrangler supports wetland conservation project
To mark Earth Month (April), jeans brand Wrangler has announced a project to conserve US wetlands through a partnership with Ducks Unlimited.

The non-profit organisation has conserved more than 15 million acres of wetlands, uplands, croplands and timberlands since 1937.

Billy Gascoigne, from the national Conservation Strategy Team, said a focus on biodiversity is important because of how interconnected things are in nature. “We tend to look at species individually, but any plant or animal might play a critical role in the survival of others as part of an entire ecosystem.

“Wetlands are some of the most biodiverse acres on the landscape. We have lost much of our historical wetlands and they are continually under threat. They need all the love they can get!”
