Isko to help MIT programme drive smart textiles
Denim producer Isko is to participate in the Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) Alliances programme, set up by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to develop smart textiles and wearable technologies.
Isko joins participants representing a network of 26 industries. It said on announcing its participation that it thinks smart textiles and wearable solutions can contribute to the overall advancement of the textile and denim industry.
A team of 27 people from Isko participated in an initial CSAIL meeting in June.
