Transformers Foundation to host Pakistan-focused event
Transformers Foundation will host a student and consumer-facing Transformers ED, catered towards the Pakistani denim community, from September 14 to 16.

The panels and presentations will focus on challenges and innovation, the logistics for textile recycling and circular business models, creative branding and denim trends, and will explore opportunities in the country.


Andrew Olah, founder of Transformers Foundation and Kingpins Show, said: “Our Transformers ED events have made a huge impact on denim students around the world and we are only just getting started. Being able to equip students and upcoming denim professionals across the globe with the information they need to change the future of the denim industry is one of my greatest joys.”

Speakers include Alberto de Conti of Rudolf Group; Ali Abdullah of Diamond Denim; Alice Tonello of Tonello; Amy Leverton of Denim Dudes; Andrea Venier of Officina+39; Ebru Ozaydin of Lycra; Jean Hegedus of Lycra; Kanwar Usman of ICAC; Kelly Burton of Textile Exchange; Kerry Bannigan of Conscious Fashion Campaign; Mariella Noto of ZDHC and Michael Kininmonth of Lenzing.

The event is free via Zoom from 2pm-5pm Karachi time.
