Lycra T400 EcoMade a good fit for Mud Jeans

Dutch denim brand Mud Jeans has introduced Lycra T400 EcoMade elastane to its Faye Straight, Isy Flared and Slimmer Rick jean styles, to add “that bounce-back-into-shape fit whilst feeling super soft”, it said.
According to the company’s most recent sustainability report, published last autumn, Mud Jeans used only 1% elastane or spandex stretch fibres across its entire production in 2021.
Lycra T400 EcoMade is manufactured with 68% sustainable resources, 50% of which are derived from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastics. The remaining 18% comes from “plant-based material”.
Laren-based Mud Jeans called T400 a “moveable material to keep your shape”, capable of delivering resilient shape retention and lasting comfort for an all-round “perfect fit”.
In this way, it says, use of the fibre means its denim bottoms “can be worn longer and washed less”.
