Pakistan mills turn to a wide variety of cotton origins

Cotton sector information resource Cotlook has published its industry update for January.
It said in the report that mills in Pakistan had been among “the most active buyers” in the market in the first month of this year.
Domestic supplies of raw cotton in Pakistan have dwindled, Cotlook said, and mills bought cotton from “a wide variety of origins” to take its place.
