High demand for linen jeans
Earlier this week, Welsh denim brand Hiut released men’s and women’s jeans made in a cotton/linen blend. True to the manufacturer’s new made-to-order model (see our article here), it said it had secured enough fabric to make just 100 pairs.

Customers could choose the style they want from one of the brand’s six key fits, for €360.

The denim fabric is made by Japanese mill Kuroki in a blend of 62% cotton and 38% linen. Hiut chose an 8.7oz weight fabric.

They sold out in 24 hours, confirming ongoing demand for linen-based jeans.
