Presenting a new episode in its designer collaborations, Dutch brand G-Star has teamed up with Belgian designer Walter Van Beirendonck who presented a 19-piece denim collection for Spring-Summer 2025 at Paris Fashion Week Men’s held last week.

Ever pushing the boundaries of design, the avant-garde designer, a member of the famed Antwerp Six, used various innovative construction techniques, including gluing, taping and pressing to minimise stitching. The oversized shapes and embossed balls of the range feature certified cradle-to-cradle denim fabrics.

“I aimed to challenge and reimagine traditional methods. Why are clothes still being stitched when we have the potential to explore so many other techniques?”, the designer stated of a collection he has dubbed “Denim with Balls”.
