Zaitex-Garmon deal aims for improved service for customers
Garmon Chemicals, the textile auxiliaries business unit of chemicals group Kemin Industries, has entered a licensing agreement in which its products will be manufactured and commercialised by Italian dyes specialist Zaitex.
The companies said this will benefit customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Davide Righi, general manager of Garmon Chemicals, said: "This collaboration will enable us to better meet the needs of our customers and bring innovation to the market, improving our services for customers and brands."
This new venture will result in an expanded product range, improved service quality and logistics, and enhanced technical support, he added.
Marco Rossi, owner of Zaitex, said: “Our combined know-how and experience will enable us to continue to be a reliable and innovative partner for our customers. Our focus will remain on giving them an improved experience and supporting their challenges.”
