Oz-One Powder works without the need for an investment in an a traditional machine, which eliminates the need for investment in an ozone machine, it says.

The company said: “It is hoped that, even in a difficult time due to the global pandemic, a new technology like Oz-One Powder will give laundries an extra option to the to offer brands better and more sustainable technology, using the machines at their disposal. We believe this also means sustainability.”

Other benefits of Oz-One Powder include that is waterless process and there is no need for heat during the application process, and it works on indigo as well as sulphur dyes, according to the company.

It added: “It can also work on our dischargeable dyestuffs series named NEBUDYE D, which can be used in the nebulization systems like Core by Tonello or Eflow by Jeanologia, and can replace the conventional acid wash process.”
