C&S advances premium offer with Texo deal

Italian denim manufacturer C&S, based in Perugia, has acquired Texo, a producer of denim and technical outerwear located in the Marche town of Cagli.
C&S expects to strengthen its luxury and denim divisions as a result of the deal, it said.
Majority shareholder, Federico Corneli, told of his pride in the Umbrian firm, founded in 1981, achieving this “new milestone”.
He commented: “We firmly believe that the added value that Texo’s specialisation brings to the table will allow us to grow further and to be able to accelerate the strategic path that will allow us to establish ourselves as a special partner for the most important luxury brands.”
