Tonello times next-gen washing tech for Kingpins
Italian technology provider Tonello is presenting its latest innovations in garment finishing at the Kingpins denim trade show in Amsterdam from April 20 through 21

These include Evolution 3, a new generation of washing machines which it called “simply the best ever”. Capable of facilitating finishing processes “without limits”, according to the company, Evolution 3 machines are described as energy and water-reducing, cost efficient and catalysts for enhanced productivity.

Also on display is Tonello’s Laundry (R)Evolution system, which integrates established sustainability-minded innovations such as its All-in-One System (which includes the NoStone, Core, UP and ECOfree 2 technologies) with the firm’s THE Laser and Metro washing systems. In-house processes like O-Zone, launched during last October’s Kingpins24 Global, plus OBleach and the Wake natural dyeing system, all inspired by changes brought about by Tonello’s Laundry (R)Evolution technology, are additionally being presented as part of this core vision.

The company’s booth, which can be found in area four, stand 79 throughout the event, will further showcase examples of key customers and partners who have already adopted Laundry (R)Evolution “with satisfaction”. These include Italy’s Candiani denim mill, Saitex’s factory in Los Angeles, Fashion Cube in France, Vietnam’s Cheong Tai and 140Fahrenheit in Germany.

Tonello teased that further new creative developments will also be exhibited as part of the autumn-winter 2023-2024 Kingpins Trend installation, curated by denim designer, trend forecaster and writer Amy Leverton, plus designer Piero Turk’s Most Sustainable Product (MSP) collection.
