Rudolf to build new plant in Bangladesh

Soumitra Ganguly, who heads the company’s business in Bangladesh, commented: “The goal is to build an advanced factory with lean management concepts, technologies and supporting laboratories, with a focus on customer service and workplace quality.”
Bangladesh holds the second position, alternating with Vietnam, as the global manufacturing hub for apparel. But it leads as the top denim exporter to Europe, and to the US since 2020, according to the US trade administration’s Office of Textiles and Apparel (OTEXA).
