Specialist in restoring vintage fashion items Transnomadica has announced that it current has around 1,000 pairs of Japanese-made jeans available for purchase.

Founder of the California-based company, Maurizio Donadi, has said the collection consists exclusively of jeans made in Japan with selvedge denim and no stretch fabrics.

All of the jeans are faded from raw with no artificial washes applied. The jeans are from the 1980s, 1990s or early 2000s.

Brands include Evisu, Full Count, Warehouse, Studio D’Artisan, Denime and Levi’s. Mr Dondi described the items his team has selected and restored as “denim at its best”.
