Pakistani producer AGI Denim has appointed Lizzie Kroeze (pictured) director of product development and marketing for countries in the European Union.

Amsterdam-based Ms Kroeze is an alumna of suppliers Artistic Milliners and Soorty, plus US retailer Sears. She began her career as an archivist at Dutch non-profit House of Denim Foundation.

Most recently, at Artistic Milliners in California, she served as vice-president of product design and development.

On welcoming her to the team, AGI said the appointee has a keen interest in "developing industry models that are kinder for both people and the planet".
