Taiwanese students showcase Candiani designs

Students at Shih Chien University in Taiwan have presented their designs made with Candiani Denim as part of an annual Sustainable Jean Project, which the Italian mills sponsors.
They are challenged to experiment with fits, pocket designs and details using Candiani’s selvedge denim fabrics. This year, the students used a 13 oz rigid denim.
Candiani said: “The project aims to be more than just a class assignment; it seeks to serve as a testament to the potential of education in promoting a more sustainable fashion system. Students not only showcase their talent through their designs but also contribute to an in-depth dialogue about the future of fashion.”
