Transformers’ suppliers conference will be attendee-led
The day before Kingpins Amsterdam, the Transformers Foundation will host a conference for suppliers in which the topics will be led by attendees, with the aim of addressing the topics they care about most.
The topics will include decarbonisation targets, navigating sustainability legislation, and tackling greenwashing concerns.
Transformers said: “If there's one thing we've learned since our founding in 2020, it's that suppliers have limited voice in shaping the industry’s sustainability goals, initiatives and solutions. In fact, supplier exclusion in multi stakeholder settings is the theme of Transformer’s forthcoming deep dive report. That's why for this year's live event we've decided to flip the script.
“Instead of putting together expert panels that might not address your real concerns, we wanted to hear directly from you - the suppliers shaping the industry’s future. You told us what matters most, and we’ve crafted a programme around your needs.”
It takes place on October 22 at 2 IJpromenade 1031 KT Amsterdam, a short ferry ride from the central train station. Attendees are asked to register online.
