Rudolf to acquire its Mexican distributor

Chemicals company Rudolf has announced that it will acquire Industrias Proeza, S.A de C.V (IPSA), based in Mexico and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Proeza has built a strong reputation over its 40 years in the industry and Rudolf intends to build on its legacy.

To ensure seamless transition, the German chemicals company has appointed Javier Sagrero, a Mexican national, as the new managing director of Rudolf Mexico.
