The event was held in the majestic Florentine courtyard of Soko’s Projects Division, the creative and technical powerhouse created by the chemicals company to support brands, fabric mills and garment manufacturers in their pursuit of innovation.
A series of garments made from a cotton/hemp denim developed by Pioneer and washed using Soko’s innovative processes were on display. Combining sophisticated tailoring, premium fabrics, and low-impact finishes, the collection included blazers, bodices, trousers and several jacket styles. They were also on display at the men’s wear show that same week.
“The cozy vibe, creative exchange, and strong turnout made the evening a great success,” Luca Braschi told Inside Denim.
