A touch of the Highlands for new Daily Blue capsule

The wool-blend denim is part of Pioneer Denim’s new collection and represents a breakthrough in wool-based denims as the company was able to rope-dye wool/cotton blend yarns used for the warp. The resulting fabric is said to combine the natural performance qualities of wool with the familiar comfort of cotton. Pioneer, a division of Bangladesh group Badsha, manufactured the pieces, from spinning the yarn to the final sustainable washes.
The finishing of the pieces was done using Soko’s latest Hydrogel solution, which leads to significant water savings. Hydrogel converts water into a gel that protects fibres to ensure longer lasting durability while delivering a clean and elegant finish.
The collection will be officially launched at PV Denim in Milan (November 26 & 27) in the Fashion District section of the event. It includes a full wardrobe for women and two stand out pieces for men.
