Built in just 10 working days, the centre will service around 120,000 people, offering 4,000 vaccines per day.

Since the start of the pandemic, the foundation has donated personal protective equipment (PPE), sophisticated air cleaners, masks for covid-19 patients and iPads, enabling patients to remain connected with their families.

Mr Rosso has also announced the launch of a documentary series, produced in China by Diesel, that celebrates the younger generation breaking away from constraints and respecting diversity.

The first episode, which airs on May 19, documents surfers’ lives in Houhai, China, by photographer and writer Chen Yuxiao.
