WHP Global, a New York-based brand management firm, and G-Star’s new owner since last September, has signed a long-term licensing agreement with FFI Global to develop children’s apparel under the famed denim brand.

“Our expertise in children’s apparel and wide distribution network, combined with G-Star’s innovative design and commitment to sustainability, will create a powerful offering for young customers and their parents,” said Anupam Kothari, chairman of FFI Group, a company headquartered in Vicenza, Italy, and Bengaluru, India.

The collection, which will launch in 2025, will feature jeans, T-shirts, jackets and accessories, designed with the commitment to quality and sustainability that G-Star is known for. It will incorporate eco-responsible materials including organic cotton and recycled fabrics.

“This strategic partnership allows us to tap into one of the fastest growing demographics and offer high-quality, fashionable solutions to the next generation of consumers,” said Lynn Flynn, who leads WHP Global’s fashion division.
