Denim’s evolution from the 1980s to the present is one of the topics of a new video series hosted by Godmother NYC’s Christine Rucci, as she welcomes Adriano Goldschmied as the first guest.

Their conversation revolves around their shared stories and the impact of the Genius Group, fashion history, designers and the fabric innovations over the years. 

The 1980s marked a significant era for denim, with the rise of designer jeans and a shift towards more stylish and diverse denim options in a multi-brand setting, said Ms Rucci. Goldschmied's contributions during this period helped set new standards for denim quality and aesthetics.
