Naveena Denim Mills highlights collaborative collections
Pakistan’s Naveena Denim Mills’ collection for Kingpins New York (July 17 and 18) emphasises collaboration within the denim industry to drive innovation.
Mansoor Bilal, senior vice-president at Naveena Denim Mills, said: “For fall/winter, one of the new trends we observe is thermal regulation and back brushes. Our  products are designed to keep end-users warm and comfortable throughout the day, with our ‘Lush’ fabrics leading this innovation. These fabrics provide maximum comfort in cozy winters through an innovative touch.”
The latest collection features Retrosoft, with a vintage, marble look and softness from Tencel fibres; and Retrotech, combining retro denim heritage with modern comfort. Colortech offers versatile fabrics with vibrant contrasts, while Lino+ uses linen fibre from post-industrial waste for breathable, moisture-wicking properties. Biotech, created with Circular Systems, includes durable, anti-bacterial fabrics from CBD hemp crop residue, and Lush provides cozy warmth with a cashmere feel. Glaze rounds out the collection with sleek, glossy, and versatile denim for fashion-forward designs.
Andy Shaw, vice-president of US sales and marketing, said: “We are creating the industry of tomorrow through our collaborations. We are excited to collaborate with Circular Systems to introduce a new low-impact fibre to the market. By transforming crop residues into denim fashion products through its Agraloop technology, we are creating Biotech fabrics - durable, low-impact fabrics with unique natural fibtr aesthetics.
“Our collaboration with Lenzing for the Tencel x Regenerative Cotton collection enhances our Retrosoft fabrics, which already offer an authentic look and super soft touch thanks to Tencel fibres. Combining these with regenerative cotton significantly boosts sustainability. Part of our showcased collection is washed in Italy and Turkey, further enhancing its unique appeal.”
"Furthermore, the collection features denim fabrics crafted with the latest Lycra technologies, ensuring a long-lasting fit, durability, and sustainable stretch with excellent shape retention. Our Flex-Ease fabrics, utilising tri-core technology that merges the high stretch of Lycra fibre with the exceptional recovery and low shrinkage of Lycra T400 fibre, offer all-day comfort to consumers."
